Reporting Operations Manager (m/w/d)

  • Production and delivery of fund regulatory and client reports
  • Ensure report dissemination to clients' target recipients such as distributors, platforms and data providers
  • Report filing to regulators
  • Ensure that all reports are consistent, accurate and meet the underlying requirements
  • Client and report recipients’ query handling
  • Data validation, data sanity checks and database management
  • First- and second-level support for iQuant Platform users
  • Support with client and data onboarding
  • Tracking of report creation and distribution
  • Track and communicate issues to the Relationship Management Team
  • Support with the creation of documentation and guidelines
  • Help to implement new reports and regulations
  • Commercial education and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting
  • Solid understanding of the asset management industry and its data processes
  • Ability to get familiar with several fund reporting types
  • Proficient in Excel. Knowledge of MySQL is a plus
  • Client-focused, fast-learning, and problem-solving personality
  • Strong interest in the asset management industry
  • Experience in fund accounting is a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English is a must. Other languages are a plus
