Req #2156 - ROW Agent (Pennsylvania)

Appalachian Field Services (AFS) is expanding our Right-of-Way operations in Pennsylvania. We are actively building a network of experienced professionals to support ongoing and upcoming projects with major utility clients throughout the state.

AFS currently supports large-scale electric transmission and distribution infrastructure programs and is continuing to grow our presence in the Southeast. As part of this expansion, we are seeking qualified Right-of-Way professionals interested in working on utility infrastructure projects in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities may include:

• Negotiating easements and agreements with landowners

• Conducting in-person landowner meetings and outreach

• Supporting title research and document preparation

• Coordinating with utility clients and engineering teams

• Maintaining accurate project records and reporting
