Requirements Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating a strong command of animation principles. Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in creating motion graphics for the technology or digital media industry. Proficiency in industry-leading software such as Adobe After Effects Cinema 4D or similar animation tools. Strong understanding of visual storytelling timing pacing and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts clearly and incorporate feedback effectively. A keen eye for detail color theory typography and composition. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Animation or a related field is preferred.
