About the Role

You will serve as the process owner for customer requirements management and act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, including Functional Owners (FOs), Project Leaders (PLs), and Requirements Engineers, regarding all requirements management activities.

• 고객과의 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 고객의 요구사항 및 기대사항을 명확히 이해하고 관리
• 고객 요구사항을 내부 엔지니어링 조직 등 유관 부서에 전달하고, 해당 내용이 정확히 반영될 수 있도록 조율하고 적시에 Deliver할 수 있도록 지원
• 요구사항이 불명확하거나 추가 설명이 필요한 경우 고객과 직접 협의하여 해당 내용을 명확화
• 요구사항 변경, 이슈 및 리스크를 관리하고 고객 및 내부 이해관계자와 협력하여 해결방안을 도출
• 고객 요구사항이 설계, 개발 및 검증 과정에 누락 없이 반영되도록 관리하고, 변경 시 영향을 신속하게 파악할 수 있도록 지원.

What You Will Do

• Overall Process Owner: The Requirements Manager is responsible for managing requirements as a process owner within a project.
• Customer Interaction: Acts as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders on all requirements management topics.
• Requirements Exchange: Facilitates regular exchange of requirements specifications with customers, suppliers, and third parties.
• Uploading and Maintaining Requirements: Ensures customer requirements are available for all project stakeholders in the requirements management tool (such as DOORS).
• Clarification and Analysis: Ensures clarification of ambiguous requirements and supports the analysis process, including sharing questions and analysis results from requirement engineers with the customer.
• Process Strategy: Defines the requirements management process strategy, aligns it with project-specific needs, and tailors the process as necessary.
• Infrastructure Setup: Sets up and maintains the requirements management infrastructure, including tools and templates.
• Training and Support: Organizes and executes process trainings, and provides support and coaching on requirements process and tooling questions.
• Reporting and Traceability: Measures and reports process performance, ensures end-to-end traceability and consistency across requirements, and manages specification baselines.
• Change Request Support: Supports change requests related to requirements according to the tailored change request process.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Expert knowledge of requirements management and standard processes.
• Experience with automotive electronics (i.e infotainment, telematics system), embedded systems, or requirements engineering in a product development environment.
• Proficiency with tools like DOORS and related scripting languages.
• At least 10 years of Engineering experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and global cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and operate with limited guidance/supervision
• Fluent in Korean and English Business Proficiency
