Job Purpose:
- The Requirements Engineer at Knight Federal Solutions Inc will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting the requirements for various projects. This position is essential in ensuring that the project deliverables meet the client's needs and expectations while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements for complex projects.
- Analyze and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Ensure that requirements are aligned with business objectives and are feasible for implementation.
- Conduct requirement reviews and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders.
- Maintain and update requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
- Provide expertise and guidance on requirement management processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, particularly those related to security clearances.
- Support the testing and validation process to ensure that requirements are met in the final deliverable.
