Residential HVAC Service Technician

At George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating, we don’t just install HVAC systems—we deliver comfort, efficiency, and reliability to every customer we serve. We’re looking for experienced Residential HVAC Technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow with a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
Establish a great rapport with the customer
Properly trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
Perform service repair of HVAC equipment
Perform sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements
Perform warranty service repair
Perform Precision Tune-Ups
Set sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently
On-Call rotation (nights/weekends)
Follow all standard operating procedures

What We’re Looking For

3+ years HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repair experience preferred
EPA Certified preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
