management and investment advisory services across equities, mutual funds, fixed-income
securities, and other financial instruments. With a disciplined, research-first investment
approach and a strong focus on long-term wealth creation, the firm is expanding its research
team and is looking for analytical finance professionals to support its growing investment
practice.

Job Summary:

We are hiring 2 Research Analysts to conduct in-depth investment research, financial analysis,
and valuation across multiple asset classes. The role involves identifying investment
opportunities, preparing research reports, supporting portfolio management, and contributing to
data-driven investment decisions.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Equity Research, Investment
Research, Wealth Management, Portfolio Analysis, Investment Advisory, or similar
financial research roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fundamental research on equities, mutual funds, fixed-income securities, and
    other financial instruments.
  • Analyse company financial statements, industry trends, and macroeconomic
    developments to identify investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, valuation models, and investment screening
    frameworks.
  • Prepare research reports, investment notes, and actionable investment
    recommendations.
  • Support portfolio construction, monitoring, and periodic portfolio reviews.
  • Track market developments, regulatory updates, and economic indicators impacting
    investment strategies.
  • Assist in preparing investment presentations, client proposals, and research materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide research-backed insights for investment
    decisions and client discussions.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with applicable regulatory and internal compliance standards.


Requirements

  • CFA Level II Qualified (minimum requirement).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • MBA, CA, or other relevant finance qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation techniques, financial statement analysis, and portfolio management concepts.
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and company valuation.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial databases, research platforms, and investment tools is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable investment insights.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
  • 1–3 years of full-time experience in Equity Research, Investment Research, Research Analyst, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Portfolio Analysis, or related financial research roles.
  • Candidates with 6–8 months of internship experience in the above domains may also
    be considered if they demonstrate strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Exposure to equities, mutual funds, brokerage research, or investment advisory will be
    an added advantage.
  • Freshers are not eligible for this position.
