Summary
Noida/Gurugram/Delhi-NCR role for an SAP GRC Access Control consultant (4-8 yrs) at a consulting firm: delivering end-to-end SAP GRC AC implementations on SAP ECC/S/4HANA — configuring ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, MSMP workflows, BRF+ rules, rulesets, SoD risk analysis, and role remediation.
We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Access Control Consultant with
strong hands-on experience in SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance.
The candidate should have experience delivering at least one end-to-end SAP
GRC Access Control implementation and be comfortable working across GRC
configuration, access risk analysis, workflow, role management and remediation.
The role will involve working with business and technical stakeholders to design,
configure, implement and support SAP GRC Access Control solutions across SAP
ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in end-to-end SAP GRC Access Control implementations, from
requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing,
deployment and hypercare.
• Minimum experience 4+ years in GRC .
• Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control components including:
- Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
- Access Request Management (ARM)
- Emergency Access Management (EAM / Firefighter)
• Configure and maintain GRC connectors with connected SAP systems.
• Configure and support MSMP workflows and workflow-related GRC
configuration.
• Configure and maintain BRF+ rules and workflow decision logic where
applicable.
• Perform SoD and Critical Access Risk Analysis, including analysis,
remediation and mitigation of access risks.
• Configure and maintain GRC rulesets, including customization of risks,
functions, actions and permissions based on business requirements.
• Support role design, role remediation and access provisioning activities.
• Perform analysis of SAP authorization roles using PFCG, SU24, SUIM and
relevant authorization objects.
• Support user access provisioning, role assignment and access review
processes.
• Configure and support Firefighter IDs, owners, controllers and log review
processes.
• Support integration of GRC Access Control with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and
other connected systems.
• Troubleshoot GRC workflow, connector, provisioning and authorization-related
issues.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment and post-go-live
support.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation including configuration
documents, test scripts and operational procedures.
• Work directly with business, audit, compliance and technical stakeholders to
understand access governance requirements.
