Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough data research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Meet daily targets while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to project guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling data-related tasks, including AI data preparation, data solutions, customer onboarding and support, accounting outsourcing, order management, data research, and data visualization.
- Collaborate with teams to improve data accuracy and streamline research processes.
- Participate in training sessions and assessments to stay updated with industry best practices.
- Work with international clients, ensuring timely and effective communication through chat, emails, and reports (non-voice process).
- Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while ensuring project deliverables are met.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in internet research and data analysis.
- Prior experience in a BPO or similar industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in time-sensitive scenarios.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts as required.
