Research and Development Project Manager

You will plan and track product development cycles, coordinate development work, and follow progress through development, testing, mass production, and release. You will write project reports, support market-driven product delivery and maintenance, and investigate and implement product certification requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in automatic control, mechatronics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of product R&D experience
• At least 2 years of new-product project management experience
• Experience bringing products to mass production and sales
• Robotics, robotic arm, or electromechanical product experience is preferred
• Ability to manage customer expectations and balance product and technical requirements
• Knowledge of engineering development processes
• Cross-functional project coordination capability
• Ability to understand technical points and produce complete reports
