Support programme evaluation by managing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate, timely submissions for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required data.
- Review and validate submitted data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Merge, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Maintain and manage databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline data management processes, including automation where appropriate.
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries related to data collection and evaluation activities.
- Support research, evaluation, and administrative activities as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Market Research, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in data processing, database management, or research support.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as SPSS or R is an advantage.
- Experience in survey research or statistical analysis is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in research, programme evaluation, or the social service sector is an advantage.
