Job Description

Support the team’s clinical research activities, laboratory and administrative duties

Primary responsibilities and duties

  • Screen and recruit subjects into clinical studies, maintain Investigator Site Files, follow up with patients’ visits and collect data
  • Collect, process and store biological samples in the laboratory in accordance with good clinical practices
  • Ensure proper documentation of sample collection, storage and shipment to central laboratory

  1. Timely completion of assigned tasks
  2. Data collected must be accurate and staff must adhere to PDPA acts and patients’ confidentiality.
  3. Timely processing of samples and updating of relevant documentations for clinical studies.
  4. Active screening and enrolment of patients for clinical studies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in terms of experience in life sciences, social sciences, nursing or any relevant field.

Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licences)

  • 1-2 years working experience preferably in research and/or wet laboratory
  • Able to perform basic microbiological techniques (e.g. subculturing, streak plating, spread plating)
  • Good communication and interactive skills
  • Able to work independently
