Research Assistant (Social Service Sector) - Contract
Summary
Processes and validates social-service evaluation data, automates workflows, and supports reporting for government stakeholders.
- Basic up to $3,000 per month + Completion Bonus!

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely submission of evaluation data, follow up on outstanding requests, and provide guidance on data collection requirements and reporting timelines.
- Data validation and quality assurance by reviewing submissions for compliance with established data standards, resolving discrepancies where necessary.
- Consolidate, merge, clean, and transform data from multiple sources into analysis-ready datasets.
- Streamline and enhance data management processes by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholder queries on evaluation data.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Diploma in Social Sciences, Business Analytics, or other relevant disciplines.
- Proficient in the use of statistical analysis software such as SPSS, R for data processing.
- Attention to detail with commitment to accuracy.
