Research Associate I -Data Collection Project Coordinator-Jane Addams Sponsor Projects(Hourly)

Position Summary The Data Collection Project Coordinator will supervise the Community Research Assistants and support relationships with participating community organizations. Duties Responsibilities Perform surveys, interviews, observations or uses other methods according to established research protocols. Prepare data for analysis and execute details of studies. Perform analysis and document results. May conduct literature searches. Order study supplies and maintain inventories. Maintain detailed records of results and prepare written reports. Maintain and process required paperwork. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC DUTIES • Collaborate with the PI to train and support the Community Research Assistants._x000D_ • Participate in introductory meetings with community partners to establish working relationships, introduce research staff, and clarify roles and expectations._x000D_ • Ensure that Community Research Assistants work collaboratively with each partner to establish a Community Advisory Board._x000D_ • Coordinate and monitor data collection across sites in collaboration with the PI, supporting recruitment, scheduling, methodological consistency, and timely completion._x000D_ • Help address field challenges and maintain communication between community partners and the research team._x000D_ Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
