RESEARCH ECONOMIST

Collect macro and micro-economic data, record and analyze

Liaise and maintain relationship with primary sources of data and information.

Draft and produce the economic report (BAA economic brief) and deliver on schedule

Conduct quarterly survey of subscribers for improvement feedback

Research and draft report on a major macroeconomic issue quarterly

Conduct feasibility studies for clients on various projects

Draft academic and other papers for presentation

B.Sc. Economics(minimum of 2.1)

A Masters degree will be an added advantage

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position

Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skills

Evidence of past research and report writing

Excellent analytical, writing and reporting skills

Must be computer proficient(Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
