Research Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the general organization and operation of the lab

· Handle procurements and oversee health and safety management matters

· Work alongside PhD students and postdocs on research projects

· Conduct experiments independently and analyze experimental data at a high standard

· Give regular research updates in the form of internal group meetings

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Biological Sciences or a related discipline

· Prior lab experience in Mammalian Cell Biology (culturing of cells, transfection, etc.), Biochemistry (SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting),immunohistochemistry (sectioning and staining), fluorescence light microscopy(immunofluorescence, confocal microscopy, etc.)

· Team-work attitude

· Excellent Organizational skills

· Resourceful and a self-starter
