Job responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing project proposals;
2. Independently translate project outlines;
3. Assist in designing project outlines;
4. Organize and translate interview transcripts;
5. Assist in report writing;
6. Other project-related work.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in psychology or sociology;
2. Priority given to those with market research internship experience;
3. Familiarity and practical experience with qualitative research methods and project processes;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Proficient computer skills (Office software), familiar with SPSS statistical software;
7. Good time management, project management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills;
8. Outgoing, proactive, creative, and resilient.
