Research Project Management I-Quality Educator - Cancer Clinical Research

GENERAL SUMMARY:

• Work closely on one or more moderately complex projects/assignments in collaboration with leadership including the Principal Investigator, Senior Bioscientific Staff, and/or Director or Vice President.
• Manage significant and key aspects of one or more small to moderate research projects from start-up to closeout, or ongoing research functions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of team members working on assigned studies and projects.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• CAP-M or PMI Project Management Professional certification or similar preferred.

• Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification preferred.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years of research experience; experience leading cross functional teams or a small to moderate sized project.
• OR Master's degree in a related field and six (6) months of research experience
• Experience working in a team orientated environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams required.
• Strong customer service, critical thinking and interpersonal skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a general knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
