Research Scientist (A) (Flight Sciences)
Applicants are invited for the positions to conduct research and development of advanced guidance, navigation and control algorithms for challenging multirotor UAV flight profiles. The successful candidate will engage in the full research and development process, including software development, onboard implementation and flight testing.

We invite motivated and creative engineers / researchers with the following relevant qualifications and experience to join us as Research Scientist.
PhD Degree in aeronautical, computer, control, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics engineering, computer science, or related fields.
Knowledge and experience in the following is preferred:
Flight control algorithms
Extended Kalman filter algorithms
Optimization, motion planning algorithms
UAV simulation, operation and testing
Object oriented programming language, C/C++ and Matlab
Software structure of robotic systems
ROS / ROS2 programming
Embedded systems programming
PX4, Pixhawk or equivalent
Ability to work independently and good communication skills are essential
