We're hiring Researcher Recruitment(English/Chinese/Korean) for our CESNA Shanghai team!

-Location:Shanghai,Jingan District,Donghai SOHO

-Onsite| 8:00-17:00

Requirements

About the Role:

• Strong communication skills

• Source and interview top talent

• Running end-to-end recruitment cycles

• Support global clients with hiring needs

• Build lasting client relationships

• Drive business development and talent solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Inter-ship & 1–3 years of experience in Headhunter/HR recruiting or B2B sales

• Fluent in English, Korean, or Mandarin

• Communicative, strategic, and performance-driven

• MBA a plus, but not required
