Handles hotel reservations and guest inquiries using Opera PMS and PBX systems, ensuring high-quality service in a luxury hospitality setting.
We are seeking passionate, guest-oriented team member with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to join our luxury hospitality team. Ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Reservations and PBX, proficiency in Opera, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, positive work environment.

- Proficiency in organizational planning with the ability to multi-task
- Must be guest service oriented
- Self-motivated, creative and confident, with a highly energetic personality
- Degree in Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
- A team player with a positive attitude
