What you’ll do…
- Manage new and existing individual rooms reservations through telephone, email, and website reservations.
- Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Keep an eye on our booking channels.
- Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities.
- Work with corporate clients/bookers and agents.

- Communicate with the front office and restaurant teams to facilitate the guests’ stay.
- Work closely with the revenue and sales team to ensure rooming lists are correctly entered and revenue objectives are met.

- 0–2 years of hotel reservations or Front Office experience.
- You’re great with computers and on the phone.
- Passion for exceeding guest’s expectations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise work and ask for clarification when needed.
