Reservation Internship
The main responsibilities include:
• Customer care through phone and email demands.
• Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
• Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
• Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.
• Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.
• Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
