Reservation Specialist

Applications are open for a detail-oriented Booking Coordinator to assist clients with travel planning and reservations. This role involves researching travel options, organizing bookings, and helping clients stay informed throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities:
Understand clients' travel preferences and booking needs.
Research accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Coordinate reservations and confirm arrangements.
Prepare detailed itineraries and maintain accurate records.
Answer questions and assist with booking changes.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous travel or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
