Reservation Supervisor

Reservation Department

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hotel Reservations, preferably within a 4- or 5-star international hotel.

- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation procedures, room types, rates, packages, and inventory management.

- Proficiency in Opera PMS.

- Experience with OTAs, GDS, and online booking channels is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, amendments, cancellations, and complex reservations professionally.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Flexible to work according to operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays when required.
