Reservations Manager
Our client is a leading luxury fine dining restaurant & lounge in Dubai is looking for an experienced Reservations Manager.
What will you do?
- Manage the reservation system, including table assignments, seating arrangements, and guest preferences
- Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Train and mentor staff on the reservation system and provide ongoing support
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in managing reservations and guest services for a fine dining restaurant in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of reservation and guest services systems
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
