Reservations Sales Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Group management - group reservations and room blocks
- Coordinate rooming lists, invoicing, payments and amendments
- Group wash, attritions, block requirements, traces and follow ups with Agents
- Liaise with Sales, Events and Operations teams
- Optimize inventory, conversions and revenue opportunities
- Deliver seamless guest service
- Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively, with enthusiasm to be hands on
- Flexible and be able to work in the F.I T Res agent task when business requires
About You:
- A positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Reservations or Front Office experience
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organization skills, time management and prioritization
- Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud being a distinct advantage
- Passion for hospitality and guest experiences
