Reservations - Team Member

We’re hunting for a sharp, personable Reservations Team Member to be the friendly voice behind unforgettable guest experiences at The Grand, York Your role? Please note; this is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week. Our current operating hours are: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 8.30pm, Saturday 7.30am - 7.30pm and Sunday 8.30am - 7.30pm Shifts are scheduled within these hours, such as 7.30am - 4pm, 10.30am - 7pm, 12.00pm - 20.30pm, etc. All shifts and weekends are shared on a monthly rota basis.

- Handle reservation requests with care and attention
- Provide expert knowledge on rooms, packages & amenities
- Work closely with front desk & sales to maximize occupancy
