Residency Program Coordinator

Coordinate the end-to-end nurse resident recruitment lifecycle by screening candidates, managing interview schedules, contributing to ranking decisions and communicating program offerings to prospective graduates.

Manage educational logistics and curriculum schedules by organizing classroom lectures, preceptor clinical rotations and faculty evaluations to support resident onboarding and professional growth.

Maintain comprehensive program accreditation and personnel records to ensure strict adherence to healthcare education standards, rotation compliance and internal documentation policies.

Execute special residency events and educational functions to build community engagement, reduce nurse turnover and promote a supportive learning culture across clinical departments.
