Summary
Coordinates a healthcare residency program, managing operations and compliance with national accreditation standards under the Chief Medical Officer.
With oversight and direction from the Chief Medical Officer, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational and financial management of the accredited/non-accredited residency/fellowship training program. The position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of national accreditation policies and hospital policies, as well as a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.

Required Qualifications:
3 years Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field Or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) Certification - when available
