About The Role

Are you passionate about developing the next generation of behavioral health professionals? Our Residency Program is seeking a Preceptor to provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional guidance to residents working toward licensure. As a Preceptor, you’ll:

  • Support residents in applying clinical skills and ethical practice in real-world settings

  • Foster professional growth through case consultation, feedback, and modeling of best practices

  • Deliver licensure supervision within the ncgCARE Residency Program structure, ensuring high-quality, competency-based training and supervision

Supervision occurs weekly within the structure of the Residency Program and adheres to all professional board requirements.

Compensation

This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.

  • Compensation: $64,981 - $83,442

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.
