Opening in Fall 2026, Avivo Village Central Minnesota is bringing Avivo's innovative approach to ending homelessness to St. Cloud.
As a Resident Advocate, you'll help launch a brand-new program and serve on the front lines of supporting individuals as they work toward housing stability, improved wellness, and long-term success. You'll build meaningful relationships with residents, help create a safe and welcoming environment, and play a key role in the daily operations of the Village.

Avivo Village Central Minnesota is currently hiring multiple Resident Advocates for evening shifts as we build our founding team.
Available Evening Schedules
- Sunday-Wednesday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
- Thursday-Sunday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Applicants must be able to work one of the available evening schedules. Specific schedule assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.

What You'll Do
- Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and provide person-centered services
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for residents and guests
- Respond to resident concerns, emergencies, and crisis situations using de-escalation and problem-solving skills
- Conduct wellness and safety checks throughout the facility and support resident well-being
- Support residents with basic needs, resources, meals, and daily living supports
- Facilitate positive interactions, activities, and community-building opportunities for residents
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in required systems
- Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, room preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with Case Managers, Team Leads, and community partners to support resident success
- Support Housing First, Wellness & Safety, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care practices throughout the program
