Resident Aide
Summary
Provides hands-on care for assisted living residents, including ADLs, medication assistance, cleaning, and laundry, requiring strong interpersonal skills and physical stamina.
We are hiring a part time evening and a part time day shift Caregiver/Resident aide at Butterfly Homes Assisted Living, located in the Billings Heights.
Job Duties: To care for residents in an Assisted Living environment while helping to maintain the resident’s quality of life with dignity and respect.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Maintain resident documentation as needed
- Obtain residents vitals as directed
- Distribute resident medications for their self-administration
- Clean resident rooms and common areas as scheduled
- Provide laundry services to residents
- Other duties as assigned by Supervision

Educational Requirement:
High school education or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous direct care experience desired, but will train the right candidate.
Physical Demands:
Walking and standing for greater than 70% of shift. Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, and stoop. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
