Responsibilities and Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent from local University recognized by Board of Architects, Singapore
- Min. 7 years’ site working experience in Singapore, familiarity with large scale Residential/Commercial/Hospital/healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices.
- Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E drawings.
- Conversant with Singapore Statutes, Building Codes and Regulations.
- Experience in the supervision of building construction architectural and fitting out works.
- Good leadership skills, ability to manage and organize a large site staff team.
- Ability to use Autocad, Microsoft Project Programming and Management Software and related software.
