Duties and Responsibilities
• Minimum 4 years of architectural experience with recognized Diploma in relevant field, and at least 2 years shall be in the supervision of works of similar in nature to the Works in the Civil Contract.
• Work as Resident Architecture to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near misses. Report any non-compliance to SRE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).
• Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction.
• Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing.
• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.
• Willing to work on rotation shifts.
• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.
• Ensure that contractor and their subcontractor comply with client's safety requirement, and safety checklists are follow.
• Must be capable of being a Team Leader and take responsibility in managing projects independently without supervision.
• Assist SRE to manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes and to monitor adherence to construction schedule.
• The Resident Architecture shall be dedicated full time on Site, not less than 6 months before BSC until CWW is obtained.
• Carryout standing supervision for critical site activities based.
