You will apply your architectural expertise to supervise major building construction and fitting-out projects, ensuring quality and compliance for complex developments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise architectural works on major building construction and fitting-out projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
- Manage project workflows and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects of similar scale and complexity effectively
- Apply architectural knowledge to oversee construction processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site to maintain project timelines and standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA) of Singapore
- Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of relevant architectural experience
- Possess at least 5 years of experience supervising works on projects of similar scale and complexity, particularly major building construction and fitting-out works
