Job Summary

Lead architectural site staff to ensure compliance with project requirements through effective supervision, quality control, and issue resolution on complex construction works.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect construction works as directed by CAG, QP(S), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Use strong technical expertise and quick decision-making skills to manage and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
• Demonstrate leadership by organizing site teams and fostering effective interpersonal communication to maintain smooth project execution
• Analyze project data and communicate findings clearly through verbal and written reports to stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity
• Experience focused on Roof & Façade systems, Architectural systems, or Interior Architecture fit-out works
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects
• Strong supervision and leadership skills
• Proficient analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
