RESIDENT ARCHITECT

· Recognised degree inArchitecture or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Employer.

· At least 8 years of relevantpost-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in architectural sitesupervision.

· Experience in architecturalfinishes, façade/interface coordination, inspections, defect management andTOP/CSC-related activities on a large-scale building development.

· Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and relevant authority processes.

· Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
