Resident Assistant/Personal Care Assistant

Location: Trillium Place

Current Opening:

• Part-time Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

• Part-time Evening Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

• Part-time Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• POOL positions (as needed) with a minimum requirement

The Resident Assistant in Personal Care provides direct care for residents in a manner that maintains their dignity and well-being. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• U.S. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Current CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Addresses the personal hygiene needs of residents. Provides incontinent care as needed.

• Assists in transporting residents who require assistance.

• Distributes food trays, makes beds, and answers call bells. Keeps resident’s room neat and tidy.

• Completes and documents vital signs, weights, and heights of residents.

• Monitors and reports health changes of residents.
