Resident Assistant (RA) / Caregiver- AM & PM Shift

LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Resident Assistant (RA). We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shift times, including a weekend rotation.

Pay

$18.25-19.50 per hour, dependent upon experience

$2 shift differential added for PM or NOC shifts

Essential Job Functions

• Provides compassionate, resident-centered care according to service plans and nursing direction.
• Communicates respectfully with residents, families, and staff; monitors and reports changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Documents care accurately, assist with scheduling, and follows safety, confidentiality, standard precautions, and scope-of-training requirements.
• Completes required training, collaborates with all disciplines, and supports the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
