Resident Care Manager

The Resident Care Manager is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the health and wellness of residents on our assisted living unit, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents on our assisted living unit. This position serves as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers, and plays a critical role in coordinating admissions, managing clinical operations, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Resident Care Manager may be a licensed nurse or registered medication aide qualified to act as a main support in the absence of the Health and Wellness Director’s absence. Administrative support for clinical leadership, and on-call or rotating support as a main clinical POC or communication liaison during staffing constraints, holidays or other coverage support needed is required.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Licensed RN or LPN (required or preferred based on facility policy).
-CPR and First Aid certification (must be obtained within 60 days of employment).
-Documented TB screening and acceptable criminal background check, as per state requirements.
-Strong leadership, organizational skills, and time management skills.
-Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
-Compassionate, professional demeanor with a commitment to resident-centered care.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
