Resident Engineer - Architecture

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and quality-related issues.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and support project handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in Architectural Site Supervision or Resident Engineering.
• Strong experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Solid knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
