Oversee construction of a residential condominium in Singapore, managing site teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising defect rectification.
Resident Engineer (Residential Development)
1. Minimum 5years’ experience as a Resident Engineer, with site experience in construction management and supervision of residential condominium developments.
2. Experience in ERSS supervision.
3. Experience in PBU and precast supervision.
4. Registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer.
5. Able to lead a team of site management staff and ensure compliance with Consultants’ and Government authorities’ requirements.
6. Good team player, with the ability to oversee and ensure contractors complete defect rectification within stipulated timelines.
7. Preferably with prior experience in semi top-down construction and high-rise developments with basement works.
