Resident Engineer (C&S)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements.
Carry out supervision of structural & civil works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site and support on critical defects, punch list rectification works.
Attend site progress and technical meetings with the project team, contractors and client to resolve site and technical issues.
Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed.
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented at site.
Other Ad-Hoc related duties assigned by the company.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Registered Resident Engineer with IES/ACES.
Minimum 3 years of Resident Engineer experience in supervision of C&S with knowledge of C&S details, working drawings and local construction practices.
Experience with Sewer Tunnelling Work
Conversant with local building codes and regulations.
Good communication, supervisory and leadership skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office & Autocad).
6 days work per week.
