Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems / IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Dell Storage – installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Dell PowerEdge Servers & iDRAC.
- Experience in server hardware support, monitoring and L1/L2 troubleshooting.
- Exposure to project coordination, documentation and DC exit activities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently at client site.
