Description
- Recognised degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent qualification appropriate to the discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in resident or site supervision.
- Experience supervising at least one large-scale, complex building development of comparable nature.
- Valid registration/accreditation under the applicable IES/ACES RE/RTO Registry for the relevant discipline, maintained throughout deployment.
- Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices, M&E quality control, testing/commissioning and authority requirements.
