Job Summary
Lead and supervise M&E site staff to ensure compliance with statutory codes and project requirements, coordinate MEP interfaces, and maintain quality control and progress reporting for major construction and utilities projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP (MEP), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality
- Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to enforce site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting standards
- Coordinate MEP interfaces effectively by maintaining interface registers and evidence logs to ensure seamless project integration
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site teams and foster effective interpersonal communication
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant M&E experience, including at least 5 years supervising similar works
- Experience in major construction works involving buildings or utilities services laying, testing, and commissioning
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
