Resident Engineer

Resident Engineer (RE – Civil & Structural/Geotechnical)

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer, with at least 5 years in supervising works on projects of similar size and complexity, particularly major building construction and deep excavation works.

Qualifications
Must possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.

Accreditation
Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead the C&S site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo) and project consultants.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities, organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge & Skills

• Conversant with statutory codes and site supervision requirements.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress reports.
• Strong supervision and leadership abilities.
• Must be willing to work shifts.
