Resident IT Recruiter (Contract Staffing) – Based at client site in Everett, WA

 Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help identify the right candidate(s).

 Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description

 Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications

 Submitting candidate resume to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider

 Collect feedback from hiring managers on submitted resumes, schedule interviews, initiate on boarding process for selected candidates

 Build strong relationship with all hiring managers, gather new requirements, ensure all their needs are met
