About the Role
Workforce Group is seeking an experienced Resident Project Manager / Site Project Manager to lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate contractors and technical teams, monitor project progress, resolve site challenges, and ensure work is delivered to approved drawings and specifications.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
- 8+ years' experience in construction/project management
- Strong site-based project delivery experience
- Proven contractor and consultant coordination experience
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Strong reporting, quality control, and problem-solving skills
